Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:This includes creating a plan to attract top talent, using various sourcing methods (e.g., online job boards, social media, networking events), and designing job postings.
Manage the Recruitment Process:This involves screening resumes, conducting interviews (phone, video, in-person), and preparing offer letters.
Onboarding New Employees:HR managers play a crucial role in welcoming and integrating new hires, ensuring they understand the company culture, policies, and procedures.
