Rich Chocolatier, a luxury chocolate brand based in Qatar, is looking for a talented and driven HR and Recruiter to join our team.
Position: HR and Recruiter
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 5+ years in HR and recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job ads, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals
- Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Coordinate training, team development, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Support payroll, leave management, and HR documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment (experience in hospitality or retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with HR systems and recruitment platforms
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Professional, reliable, and discreet
