Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; CIPD / SHRM preferred.
8-10 years of HR experience with focus on performance management, talent development and employee engagement.
Design and implement leadership development, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
Oversee compensation, benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring equity and alignment with business goals.
Manage HR operations and compliance with Qatar labour laws, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
Languages : English (required), Arabic (advantage).
