HR & Admin Officer – Qatar


Job Description

Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior HR & Admin Officer to set up and manage HR and Administration functions in Qatar. The candidate will develop HR policies, manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and office administration, ensuring compliance with Qatar Labour Law. Candidate must be currently in Qatar and available for immediate mobilization.

Requirements: ? 8–10 years HR & Admin experience (Qatar/GCC preferred) ? Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field (HR certification advantage) ? Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law & HR compliance ? Experience in HR policies, procedures, and systems setup ? Proficient in MS Office; HR systems/ERP experience is a plus ? Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills ? Languages: English mandatory, Arabic advantage ? Qatar Driving License advantage
