Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Specialist to manage the company's day-to-day Human Resources and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, HR documentation, Qatar Labour Law, and HR reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, CV screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, QID, passport, and HR records.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and employee working hours.
• Prepare monthly payroll, salaries, deductions, allowances, and overtime.
• Prepare End-of-Service (EOS) benefits and final settlements.
• Handle employee joining, resignation, termination, clearance, and HR documentation.
• Prepare salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, and other HR letters.
• Coordinate visa, QID, medical, sponsorship transfer, and government procedures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR inquiries.
• Assist with performance appraisals, training, and manpower planning.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
• Maintain accurate employee information in the ERP system.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
• Coordinate with Accounts and other departments on HR-related matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Qatar.
• ERP experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave, employee relations, and EOS calculations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Transferable visa with valid QID is preferred.
