Key Responsibilities

Maintain employee files, employment contracts, and confidential HR documents.

Handle employee queries and support employee relations.

Manage HR documentation, renewals, and administrative tasks.

Support payroll management and employee record maintenance.

Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.

Ensure HR processes comply with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of relevant HR experience in Qatar.

Construction industry experience is mandatory.

Strong experience in employee relations and payroll management.

Sound knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance.

Hands-on experience with HR documentation and employee records.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
