Job Description: 

As an HR Consultant cum CV Writer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of both our organization and the individuals we serve. This multifaceted position requires a candidate with strong HR expertise, exceptional CV writing skills, and a strategic mindset for business development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

HR Consulting: 

Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with their business objectives. 

CV Writing: 

Craft compelling and tailored resumes that showcase the skills and accomplishments of our clients ( Job Seekers ). 

Stay updated on industry trends and job market dynamics to enhance the effectiveness of CVs. 

Business Development: 

Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the consultancy's client base. 

Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their HR needs. 

Client Interaction: 

Deliver high-quality HR and CV writing services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction. 

Actively engage with clients to gather feedback and continuously improve our services. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 

Proven experience as an HR Consultant and CV Writer. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Proficient in using CV writing tools and resources. 

Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
