We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email, in Arabic and English, providing accurate and helpful information.
Resolve customer complaints or issues, offering appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are positive and productive.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
Manage customer accounts, providing updates and resolving discrepancies when needed.
Assist with product inquiries, services, and other related concerns.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
Ensure compliance with all company guidelines and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Keep up-to-date with company changes, new products, and product updates.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is a must.
Proficiency in English is required.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and tact.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
