Proztec is hiring a dynamic and experienced HR Systems & Generalist Specialist to manage HR technology solutions and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. This role is crucial in optimizing HR processes and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and efficiency.
Automate and optimize HR processes, generating reports for management insights.
Handle employee relations, including addressing concerns and supporting conflict resolution.
Support payroll processing and assist in compensation management.
Coordinate talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing to onboarding.
Administer performance management processes and track outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives for employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR systems management.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
