Customer Service Officer- Logistics & Freight Forwarding

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, including air, sea, and land transportation.

- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and logistics software.

- Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation (e.g., B/L, AWB, commercial invoices).

- Must have valid QID and NOC
