We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fit-out foreman to lead and manage on-site teams for our high-profile interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met consistently.

Responsibilities:

Review daily work schedules with the assigned engineer.

Ensure the correct use of tools and personal protective equipment on-site.

Provide team members with the appropriate tools and materials to maintain quality and efficiency.

Uphold company safety policies, ensuring compliance with on-site regulations.

Select the most suitable materials for fitout activities and manage material usage effectively.

Manage hazardous materials on-site, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and usage.

Assign workloads according to team members' skills and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Interpret technical drawings and give clear directions to the team to prevent errors and rework.

Supervise all fit-out activities, including carpentry, gypsum work, MEP coordination, and finishing work.

Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and designers to resolve any on-site issues.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.

Proven experience as a foreman or site supervisor in fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and methods.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

Effective time management and task prioritization.

Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience

Skills:

4+ years of GCC experience in site supervision.

Experience in fit-out projects

Experience managing project objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Additional Requirements:

Must be currently in Qatar with a transferable work visa and NOC.

Immediate availability for joining.

Qatari driving license (Manual).
