We're looking for Caregivers ( Female) with Teaching experience for our client in Doha. the ideal candidate is a person with educational experience in teaching and imparting knowledge to children. The candidate will be tested prior to selection on their teaching skills, within a multiple of disciplines highly valuable and impactful to a child's growth and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Caregiver with experience as a Teacher is preferred.
• Valid QID / NOC.
• Can start immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Supervise children’s activities to ensure safety and well-being at all times.
• Manage daily routines, including naps, meals, and playtime schedules.
• Transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments, if required.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate educational activities to promote learning and development.
• Assist with homework, school projects, and preparation for tests or exams.
• Encourage language, literacy, and numeracy skills through reading, writing, and interactive games.
• Provide tailored teaching to meet the child’s specific learning needs and styles.
• Foster creativity through arts, crafts, music, and imaginative play.
• Monitor milestones and work to enhance cognitive, motor, and emotional growth.
• Encourage the development of social and emotional skills, including sharing, cooperation, and conflict resolution.
• Teach and model appropriate behavior and manners.
• Establish and maintain consistent discipline routines in line with parental guidance.
• Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to build confidence and self-esteem.
• Adjust activities and care based on the child’s evolving needs and interests.
• Be available for additional hours or responsibilities during family emergencies or special occasions.
• And as needed by the Household.
