Job Brief:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales cum Operation Coordinator to assist in driving our sales force productivity and client success. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize sales processes, monitor sales data, and maintain CRM systems. This role requires a reliable professional with broad knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Support Sales Team**: Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

- **Data Management**: Manage and maintain sales data in CRM systems.

- **Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze sales data and create reports to understand performance metrics.

- **Strategy Development**: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and objectives.

- **Coordination**: Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.

- **Training & Guidance**: Provide training and guidance to the sales team on processes and tools.

- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure alignment with sales objectives.

- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process optimization, redesign, or development of new processes/policies.

- **Order Processing**: Manage sales order processing and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

- **Customer Support**: Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.

### Requirements:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.

- **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
