We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, completed University Degree, and energetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a call center is required.
- Must be excellent is MS Excel, and typing speed of 70 WPM.
- Must have a valid visa (family/spouse/sponsorship) – No visa sponsorship provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, or financial services industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
