HSE Officer

Location: Ras Laffan

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, with a focus on PTW management.

Messaeid PTW holder is a must.

NEBOSH certification or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of Qatari health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff.

Previous experience working in Ras Laffan is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Implement and monitor safety procedures and practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Provide safety training and inductions to employees and contractors.

Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with management to ensure safety standards are followed and maintained.

Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on-site.

Monitor PTW (Permit to Work) processes and ensure all activities are carried out safely.

Requirement:

Candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID
