1. 3-5 Years Experience in Construction and Interior fit-out works.

2. Knowledgeable in computer-aided programs such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

3. To assist the Senior Interior Architect in providing Interior design consultancy support during the Fit Out period relative to the Interior Design.

4. To assist the Interior Design Director & Senior Interior Architect in reviewing, commenting, and approvals of submitted materials, finishes, mock-up samples, and shop drawing submittals from the Fit Out contractors and suppliers with regard to their compliance with the Interior Design intent and approved materials.

5. To provide and coordinate Value Engineering recommendations if necessary.

6. To check/ review factories, visit places of manufacturers before fabrication within Qatar if applicable.

7. To assist in supporting meetings during site supervisions, and coordinate all professionals involved in the Project.

8. To inspect mock-up samples, and finished works and to provide the CLIENT/Project Manager with a report and submission of the final snag list.

9. To take As-built dimensions on-site if necessary.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Architecture, BS Interior Design or related field.

- 3-5 Years Experience in Interior Design or Architectural Design Consultancy, Interior Fit-out and Construction

- Must have a Valid QID

- ?Preferably Male
