BACK OFFICE SUPPORT
Requirements:
Role: The role is to provide operational support to the sales teams through day-to-day back office activities.
Must have technical/professional qualifications
Experience in any administrative job/ sales operations/ Sales Coordinator role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word Outlook and Powerpoint etc
Assiting and coordinating with the sales team
Managing the database and generating reports.
Extensive experience in office management
Excellent organizational skills
Assiting and supporting management
Available to join immediately
Preferably Filipino Female
Must have a valid QID and a transferrable visa.
