 Position: Property Manager 

 Salary Range: 8,000 - 10,000QAR (depending on experience) 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenant-ready 

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly 

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations 

- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and minimize vacancies 

- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and provide regular reports to senior management 

- Stay informed about local laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and competitive positioning

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

- 3 to 4 + years of experience in property management 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Proven ability to manage multiple properties effectively
