We are seeking a highly skilled Soft Services Operations Manager to oversee and manage our soft services operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of [100] staff members engaged in various soft services such as cleaning, janitorial services, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and other facility support services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of soft services.
- Manage and monitor daily operations to meet service level agreements and client expectations.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; implement best practices for service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized service solutions.
- Monitor budgets and expenses; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Resolve escalated issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in soft services management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills; ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to handle complex operational challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
