We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a deep understanding of the Qatari market, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present and sell software solutions (e.g., ERP, custom applications, SaaS platforms) to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct needs analysis to propose tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Qatar, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions and software products.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Languages: Fluency in English ,Malayalam, Hindi.
