Position: Quantity Surveyor (5-8 Years)
Looking for Quantity Surveyor with Insulation, Scaffolding and Painting Works Experiences for a project in Ras Laffan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR 5000 - QAR 6000 + (FAT)
Minimum Requirements:
1.Education: Diploma/Bachelor degree in engineering
2.Experience: (5-8 Years)
1)Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
2)Analyze drawings and specifications to accurately estimate quantities and costs of materials and labor.
3)Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities and pricing schedules.
4)Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
5)Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Other Requirements:
You must possess a valid QID with Transferable company sponsorship.
immediately available to Join Preferred, must be locally available in Qatar.
