Job Role: CASHIER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Opening and closing procedures

Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. (Cash Handling)

Welcoming guests (Demonstrated ability to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages)

Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

Count money in cash drawers at the beginning/end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.

Take orders via phone or by walk-in customers (As per S&S Service steps manual)

Receive orders through our online platform partners and follow the standard process and handle delivery drivers.

Prepare any takeaway order accurately and efficiently

Maintaining the display appearance of all displayed desserts

QUALIFICATIONS:

Secondary education or Degree in the Related field

Min. 2 years’ experience.

Valid food handling Certificate
