Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. This may include residential, retail, office or any other projects. Meet agreed deadlines.

•Works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, supervisors, and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource

•Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties.

•Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

•Ensuring that enough materials are used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials

•Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

•Day-to-day management of the site, including, reporting, budgeting, supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors

Desired Skills & Experience

•Solid 3 – 5 years’ Experience in False Ceiling, Partition Walls, Gypsum Works.

•Excellent leadership, organizational, communication skills to manage the site

•Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs with attention to details.

•Experience in coordination skills with all stakeholders within defined timelines.

•Understand the design process and fully comprehend the client s needs and goals.

•Resourcefulness and ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.

•Exercise sound judgment; proactive and anticipate client needs; effectively identify problem areas and negotiate and mediate when necessary to resolve issues.

•Based in Qatar with a driving license. Experience is a must.

•Solid Computer Skills. English and Arabic are a must.
