Telecaller Responsibilities for Nuance Digital
As a Telecaller at Nuance Digital, your primary role is to engage potential and existing clients through phone calls to promote digital marketing services and book appointments for the sales team.
1. Appointment fixing & Sales Support
Call potential clients to introduce Nuance Digital’s services (SEO, social media marketing, website development, Google Ads, etc.).
Explain service benefits and answer client queries effectively
Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
Maintain an updated database of calls, leads, and client interactions.
Record feedback and report potential client needs to the sales team.
Track call performance metrics such as call volume, conversions, and responses.
Promotional & Upselling Activities
Inform existing clients about new services, promotions, and upgrades.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services where applicable.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to align call strategies.
Provide customer feedback to improve service offerings.
