We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and result-oriented Lady Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our company’s manpower services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales and marketing targets. This position requires strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a passion for fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote company services to potential clients (especially in the manpower industry)
Identify and approach new business opportunities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Schedule and attend client meetings, present service offerings, and negotiate terms
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements
Meet monthly sales/marketing targets
Provide regular reports and feedback to management
Attend events and networking opportunities to grow business leads
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing
Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience in manpower or service industry is a plus
Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage (not mandatory)
Must be presentable, confident, and self-motivated
Indian nationality preferred
Must have NOC if currently in Qatar
Visa will be provided for eligible candidates from India
