Your Role: Social Media Marketing Manager

As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of Regal Real Estate’s brand identity. You will craft compelling stories, design scroll-stopping visuals, and build genuine connections with our audience across all major platforms. This is your chance to lead, create, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a bold and creative social media strategy that reflects our brand values
• Create high-performing content including posts, videos, reels, stories, and carousels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Grow and engage a passionate community of followers, buyers, sellers, and dreamers
• Analyze social media metrics and use data to improve strategy, performance, and engagement
• Launch and manage targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads
• Stay on top of digital trends, algorithms, and real estate marketing strategies
• Work closely with our design, content, and property teams to ensure a cohesive and unified voice
• Share success stories, property spotlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and client testimonials

What You Bring

• A true love for social media and an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• Deep understanding of platform-specific strategies, hashtags, engagement tactics, and scheduling tools
• Knowledge of performance analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Experience running paid ad campaigns and boosting organic growth
• Bonus points if you can use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to create standout content
• A proactive mindset, positive energy, and ability to think like a brand leader
