working Hours: 8 hours a day, 5 days in a week

  • Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
  • Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional and pleasant reception area for visitors and guests.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Excel at managing office tasks such as data entry, preparing spreadsheets, and generating reports using advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to draft professional emails and communicate clearly with all levels of management.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
