Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office environment. 3-5 years of experience in front office or administrative roles. Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintain a professional and pleasant reception area for visitors and guests. Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars. Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and correspondence. Excel at managing office tasks such as data entry, preparing spreadsheets, and generating reports using advanced Excel skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including advanced functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
