Salary: Based on Merit

• Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data governance standards and ensure adherence across the organization.

• Establish data governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve data quality and integrity.

• Conduct data stewardship training programs for relevant teams to ensure a consistent understanding of data governance principles.

• Facilitate the creation of a data governance council to oversee data management initiatives and resolve data-related issues.

• Participate in the development and maintenance of data cataloging and metadata management processes.

• Collaborate with business analysts to understand analytical requirements and ensure that the necessary data is available for reporting and analytics.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouses/lake houses and business intelligence solutions.
