Hiring for HSE Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee HSE programs to promote a strong safety culture. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct inspections and audits of FM Contractors based on Managing Agent’s reports. Schedule and participate in HSE walkthroughs with relevant stakeholders. Investigate accidents/incidents , analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Audit Developer Contractors to ensure adherence to HSE standards. Manage HSE events and conduct scheduled & unscheduled inspections of labor camps. Implement emergency response plans , including evacuation procedures and first aid. Maintain HSE performance records , training logs, and compliance documentation. Liaise with authorities on HSE-related matters. Provide support and advice on engineering and construction safety issues. Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum: Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering.Experience: 3+ years in HSE operations , preferably in city management or real estate . Prior experience in Qatar/GCC is an advantage. Strong working knowledge of HSE management platforms & Microsoft Office . Familiarity with local and international HSE regulations . Key Skills & Competencies:
