HR Manager - Job Opening


Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HR Manager with a robust background in the restaurant industry (food & beverages) and a deep understanding of Qatar's labor laws. The HR Manager will oversee the human resources functions, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment while supporting the overall business's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure adherence to Qatar's labor laws and ensuring legal compliance in all HR processes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment, high employee satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Work closely with management to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Oversee performance management processes, conducting evaluations and providing feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, specifically within the restaurant or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar's labor laws and HR best practices.
  • In-depth experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Age below 50 years.
  • Willingness to transfer sponsorship with NOC.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with multi-location restaurant operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
