The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule patient appointments, provide information about our dental services, and ensure excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Proficiency in using scheduling MS Office
• Availability to work in shifts
