We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and drive business growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships

Desired Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure new manpower supply contracts and direct projects for the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across industries such as construction, FM, hospitality, logistics, etc.

Promote our services for both local manpower supply and overseas recruitment on full-time, part-time, or temporary bases.

Prepare marketing plans, proposals, and client presentations tailored to specific industry needs.

Develop and execute business development strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand the company’s reach.

Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and project fulfillment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B marketing, business development, or contract acquisition in the HR or manpower supply sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of the Qatari market and labor laws (GCC experience is a plus).

Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
