Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Qatar labor laws, expertise in policy development, and the ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
• Manage performance evaluations, training programs, and employee development.
• Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Provide strategic advice to management on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management roles in Qatar.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective policies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
