We are looking for a Business Development Officer who will be primarily responsible for driving new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying growth strategies for the corporate travel sector. This role requires an individual with a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of corporate travel needs.
Key Responsabilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate travel sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Develop customized corporate travel solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives.
Negotiate and close deals with potential corporate clients.
Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on business development activities and performance.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate travel management.
Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the corporate travel industry, including trends, technology, and challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
Valid Qatar Driving License Preferred
