Job Title: Manager – FMCG Trading & Distribution
Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in FMCG trading and distribution, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong track record in product development, marketing, sales, and procurement within the FMCG sector.
Skills & Competencies:
Extensive professional network and established business connections across the industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Regional Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of Qatar’s business landscape, including:
Legal and regulatory frameworks
Taxation policies
Health and safety standards
Import/export and compliance requirements
Preferred Traits:
Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking.
Ability to drive growth in a dynamic and competitive market.
Familiarity with local consumer behavior and market trends in Qatar.
