We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently maintained across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out to the highest standards
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff
• Prepare work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently
• Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a similar role within the cleaning industry is essential
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites if needed
• Must have a valid Qatari ID
