Job Title:  Project Engineer 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Project Engineer with expertise in Public Address and General Alarm (PAGA) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing telecommunications projects, with a focus on PAGA systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Project Design and Implementation: Develop detailed project plans and designs for PAGA systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

• Technical Oversight: Oversee the installation, con?guration, and testing of PAGA systems and related telecommunications equipment.

• Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure the quality and functionality of PAGA systems.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design speci?cations, test reports, and maintenance records.

• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues.

• Training and Support: Provide technical training and support to clients and team members on PAGA system operations and maintenance.

Desired Skills & Experience

Quali?cations:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related ?eld.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, with speci?c expertise in PAGA systems is mandatory

• Certi?cations: Relevant certi?cations in telecommunications or PAGA systems are a plus.
