·        Mixed-use development experience including MEP and Civil.

·        Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to adapt them to the organization.

·        Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

·        Ability to do the site visits and understand the work.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex construction issues.

·        Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and project cost management.

·        Strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage teams, contractors, and consultants.

·        Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

·        Driving license is a must.
