Coffee Shop Manager (Catering & Events Focus)

We are hiring an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee operations with a strong focus on catering and event services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the coffee shop and mobile coffee carts for catering events.
• Handle catering orders and ensure smooth service delivery during private and corporate events.
• Supervise baristas and event staff to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with clients for event planning and customized catering requirements.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and promote service excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a coffee shop, especially with catering and events.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
