Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas
Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our Oil & Gas division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Maintain and expand a strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead the preparation of tenders, proposals, and bid submissions.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and ensure accurate cost estimation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Manage client negotiations and close high-value contracts.
- Build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong existing pipeline of clients, projects, or business opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
