Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our Oil & Gas division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Maintain and expand a strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Lead the preparation of tenders, proposals, and bid submissions.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and ensure accurate cost estimation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
  • Manage client negotiations and close high-value contracts.
  • Build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong existing pipeline of clients, projects, or business opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
