Senior Facilities Coordinator
As a Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible in technical aspect of Hard Services and act as a lead coordinator between Soft Services In-charge and Operation Department. You will be responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of all building services, including both technical maintenance (hard services) and facility support operations (soft services). This role ensures optimal functioning of physical infrastructure while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-managed working environment for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Liaise with technical vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality work and compliance with SLAs.
- Monitor BMS (Building Management System) and ensure efficient energy use.
- Ensure all systems comply with health, safety, and building codes.
- Maintain records of asset performance, maintenance schedules, and equipment logs.
- Manage cleaning services, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality.
- Ensure proper stock levels of cleaning supplies and consumables.
- Handle complaints and service requests related to facility cleanliness, access, and safety.
- Lead a team of technicians, housekeeping staff, and logistics personnel.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers and ensure contract compliance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for staff and vendors.
- Assist in preparing and managing budgets for maintenance and soft services.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and present updates to management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices
- Vendor, contractor and client management skills.
- Strong background of FM Services
- Leadership and team management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Computerized Reporting
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations calmly.
- Customer-focused mindset with a sense of accountability.
- Driving license
