Position: HVAC Supervisor (with Driving License)

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Secondment)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor with a valid driving license for a 3-month secondment project in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of annual maintenance contracts while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule PPM, CM, and casual jobs in line with SLA requirements.
• Ensure all works are completed on time with proper documentation.
• Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment for sites.
• Supervise teams to maintain high standards of customer service and HSE practices.
• Oversee costs to ensure proper margins/profitability.
• Attend, diagnose, and rectify faults in chillers, DX units, control systems, pumps, and plumbing fixtures.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in HVAC Engineering or equivalent (3-year program).
• Minimum 6–8 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in the Gulf preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, tools, and systems.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Valid Driving License is mandatory.
