ROTA International is a leading recruitment and staffing solutions provider in Qatar, serving top-tier clients across various industries. We are currently hiring a highly skilled Senior Procurement Officer to join a dynamic team in the food management sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective, quality materials and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts and company standards.
• Manage purchase requisitions, POs, and vendor records using ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and avoid supply delays.
• Ensure adherence to local and company procurement policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills.
• Valid QID and transferable sponsorship preferred.
