Ritaj Facility Management is looking for a skilled and experienced Multi Technician to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:-

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsRequirements:- Proven experience in multi-technical maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
