Experience in water production/beverage industry.

Independently Manage all maintenance & repair activities of

all Factory Premise and Office related to all its equipment/devices/machineries.

To manage and perform (as required) all preventive maintenance, repairs,

installations related to all Machines, Electro - mechanical devises and other equipment in the

factory premise. Reduce breakdown and improve the efficiency and achieve the assigned target

of efficiency and breakdowns. Manage the calibration of Device/s as required.

Follow and oversee the implementation all the Technical Training Guidelines of

Machine/Device/Equipment Manufacturing company and AMC service provider company

(if any)

? Create and implement all maintenance procedures including safe operation of the

machine, changeovers and related processes.

Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards. Plan and manage all repair,

installation and parts activities. Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and

operations. Manage to schedule regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve

problems.

Communicate with all the service providers / vendors related to maintenance

department as per requirement

? Ensure all your team adhere to the safety policies and procedures.

? Document and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and maintenance logs.

Ensure product is in conformance with established quality guidelines.

? Manage all general maintenance activities as required. Perform other work assignments

as directed by the Reporting Manager
