Hiring: Direct Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and drive profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top accounts, ensuring VIP service and high client satisfaction.
Guide and support sales staff in account management and problem-solving.
Set performance plans for high achievers and track sales metrics regularly.
Conduct regular one-on-one reviews to assess team training and performance needs.
Ensure timely communication of new offers and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
Resolve escalated customer issues and support sales team with solutions.
Represent the company at marketing events and trade shows.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
• B2B Sales/ Account Management experience for at least 3 years, preferably in Telecom industry.
• Experience in the GCC Market ideally
• Fluent English is essential, Fluent in Arabic is preferred
