We are seeking an experienced and qualified IRATA Level 3 Supervisor to join our rope access team. If you have a strong safety mindset, proven supervisory skills, and a passion for working at height, we want to hear from you!
Position: IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor
Employment Type: [Full-Time / Contract / Rotation]
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all rope access operations in accordance with IRATA standards.
- Perform rigging, rescue planning, and on-site safety management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company-specific safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and pre-job briefings.
- Oversee and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Valid IRATA Level 3 Certification (in-date logbook required).
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of rope access experience with leadership background.
- Strong knowledge of rope access techniques, equipment, and rescue procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid offshore medical and safety certificates (if applicable).
- Additional trade skills (e.g., NDT, mechanical, painting, inspection) are an advantage.
