Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Doha Qatar

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of road, infrastructure, and drainage projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, executing, and finalizing projects within time, budget, and scope while ensuring compliance with local standards and regulations in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning, execution, from inception to completion of roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects in Qatar.

· Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

· Ensure all project phases comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and government requirements, particularly with Ashghal and other authorities.

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

· Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

· Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

· Ensure quality control and assurance measures are met throughout the project lifecycle.

· Manage and mentor the project team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

· Liaise with government bodies and obtain necessary permits and approvals required for project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project management within roads, infrastructure, and drainage sectors in Qatar.

· Strong knowledge of Qatar's regulatory requirements, including Ashghal guidelines and permit procedures.

· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Experience working with government agencies or large infrastructure projects in Qatar.
