Area Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure high performance
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and handle disciplinary actions
• Oversee daily cleaning operations and conduct regular inspections for quality and cleanliness
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment
• Ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and health standards
• Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training, including PPE use
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in cleaning operations management with supervisory duties
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software
• Valid local driver’s license with clean driving record
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Must be available on call and reside near work or live out with allowance

Training Provided:

• On-the-job training on custodial procedures, hygiene protocols, and customer service
