CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Desired Skills & Experience
REQUIREMENT :-
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English language.
- Arabic speaking is Mandatory.
- Male/Female candidate can apply.
- Valid QID.
- Sponsorship change required.
- In country hire only.
